Thank you for shopping with Design by Nissa! We are thrilled to share our wearable art and home decor with you.

We do not hold bulk inventory. Every single item in our store is made-to-order specifically for you as soon as you place your order. Please read our policies below to understand how our unique production process affects shipping and returns.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is custom-made specifically for your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, or if you accidentally order the wrong size or color.
Please be sure to check the size guides provided in the product descriptions before making your purchase to ensure the perfect fit! If you need any help about the sizing/colors, please feel free to contact us!

Damaged or Defective Items 
We take quality control very seriously! If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will absolutely make it right by sending you a free replacement.

How to Report a Defect:
1. You must contact us within 14 days of the product delivery.
2. Email us via our Contact Page with your Order Number and a clear photo of the damaged item.
3. We will review the issue and process your replacement as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost in Transit: 
If your package is lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if the carrier confirms the loss, we will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

Stolen / Delivered but Missing: 
If the tracking information states that your order was delivered to your address, but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. Design by Nissa is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after the carrier has marked them as delivered.
