Shipping policy

Production Time (The “Made-to-Order” Process) 
Since your item is custom-made, it takes a few days for our team to print, cut, and sew your product before it is ready to ship.

Standard production time: 4 – 9 business days
Shipping Time: Once your order is crafted and quality-checked, it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping times depend on your location:
Standard US Shipping: 3 – 6 business days
International Shipping: Coming in 2027 – 2028

Please note: Production time and shipping time are separate. You can expect to receive your item about 7 to 12 business days after placing your order.

Tracking Your Order 
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships out. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
