A: Our cases are available for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation AirPods®, as well as the 1st and 2nd generation AirPods® Pro. Be sure to select your specific model from the dropdown menu! 

Q: Can I charge my AirPods without removing the case?

A: Yes! These polycarbonate cases are fully compatible with both wireless charging pads and regular plug-in chargers. 

Q: How does the top lid of the case stay on?

A: Each case includes an adhesive strip specifically designed to securely attach the top part to your AirPods® base so it won't slip off while you are dancing or on the move. 

Q: Does the case come with a clip?

A: Yes, every case comes with a durable metal carabiner so you can easily clip it to your fanny pack, backpack, or belt loop. 

Q: Can I return the case if I order the wrong size?

A: Because every item is custom printed just for you when you place your order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. Please double-check your exact AirPods® generation before purchasing! 

Q: Are the actual earbuds included?

A: No, this listing is for the protective outer case and metal carabiner only. Apple AirPods® and chargers are not included.
